Well, I like the whacky animation style, reminds me on some older european animation movies.

Tamako Market #3 had a rather neat storyboard. First time I've heard of this Taichi Ogawa fellow.

First heard his name when he was an animator because of his quote:
"Animation quality is not important, story is. But if the animation doesn't deliver the right atmosphere, the story is ruined and the anime is good as dead"
Surprised to see his name as an assistant episode director on Hyouka one or two month after that.

But if the animation doesn't deliver the right atmosphere
So I guess it's something like Yoshinari's cut in Nanoha #1 or Ryo-Timo's Nisemonogatari bathtub scene? Basically animation that doesn't suit the context of the scene. That makes sense I suppose. Where did Ogawa say that anyway?

Someone translated and posted it on MAL.
He said it was from some a small and not well-known forum.

So Momo has an audio commentary with Okiura, Inoue and Ando. >>36
Yeah he looks young. Inoue on the other hand looks like the sort of person that was born old.
