Anime is a business.
Businesses want to make moeny.
AKB is a huge brand name in Japan, it has power behind it, in business people's eyes it will sell simply on name alone, thus make them moeney.
Stuff like Akira, GitS and others like it come once a decade and are a result of chance and luck. They are not the norm nor are they the standard on which the industry runs, it is far from it.
The sooner you stop being naive and selfish the better.

crazy how Ohira's scene looks so diffierent compared to all the others in Momo.

Everything else looks like it was animated by Okiura or Inoue.
Even Honda's style was very hard to recognize.

Yoh Yoshinari's scene was also a big surprise, it was covered by Okiura's style.

You know in the Momo MAD.. I don't mean this in a bad way but what is the point of including cuts where 2 or more people have worked on them? It's no longer the work of a single person, but something that has been drafted and edited by several different people.
