What anime do you want to make?

I got a question. If you guys were Japanese anime staffs,
you would make what anime is best.

1.Where do you want anime's location?
 (EX.New York,Paris, or Moscow.)

2.How do you decide the race of the anime what you want?
 (EX.only Asian characters or some of black and white people.)

3.What kinds of the anime do you want really?
 (EX.Gun action or Yaoi anime, or Robot anime...something like that)

I would make a slice of life anime about high school students, except set in Pyongyang, North Korea. I would also add dark comedy like one of the characters being dragged off by secret police and the rest, so mindbroken by the regime, would not even care.

The festival episode would be about the celebration of Kim il-Sung's birth day or something and the beach episode would be about trying to defect to South Korea by swimming the Yellow Sea near the shore (while getting shot at by snipers).

I'd make a anime about imageboard culture. Something like Densha Otoko but with a shot of Hikikormori and how anonymity affects ones personality or something. Off course with some slice of life-comedy-things and maybe school life.
