Are there any good devices for reading manga whatsoever?

Reading from a computer screen gives me a major headache. Or at least it used to. It got a little better after I got a fullhd screen and I can view entire page or a spread at once without scrolling anywhere. It still happens if I read for too long, but at least now I can keep up to weekly manga chapters...
