I would not watch Fractale or Idolmaster even just for the animation.

Azazel-san was pretty low budget save 2-3 episodes.

We talked about Hanasaku Iroha earlier in the thread, it looks nice, but its quite lacking.

The only consistently well animated show on that list is Nichijou.
