ISP banned

So, I am from India and my ISP is banned from 4chan, I can browse all the boards but I cant post in any of them

I also cant access #lurk. Tokyotosho is not working currently
To use Gendou anime music downloads I have to use a proxy

So, I am wondering, is there any other anime/manga fan out there like me?

Ok, so this is what I think happened. Spammer-kun took a trip to /v/ and started doing what he does best to all the fighting game and LoL threads, as well as starting threads just to fill with spam. One of the /v/ mods kept trying to ban him but to no avail. So he thought, "I know! I'll just ISP ban the spammer! Then he can't post no matter how many proxies he is behind!".
