ISP banned

So, I am from India and my ISP is banned from 4chan, I can browse all the boards but I cant post in any of them

I also cant access #lurk. Tokyotosho is not working currently
To use Gendou anime music downloads I have to use a proxy

So, I am wondering, is there any other anime/manga fan out there like me?

Man I don't know what I'd do if I lived in a country like Australia where internet has bandwidth limits, no 18 rating for video games and loli drawings are illegal.
If I lived there I'd seek political asylum somewhere else and say that I was prosecuted in my own country for my beliefs (in loli drawings).
Truly some countries are just horrible for 4channers to live in.
