ISP banned

So, I am from India and my ISP is banned from 4chan, I can browse all the boards but I cant post in any of them

I also cant access #lurk. Tokyotosho is not working currently
To use Gendou anime music downloads I have to use a proxy

So, I am wondering, is there any other anime/manga fan out there like me?

I'm brazilian... Uses VPN, Proxy or anything to change your ISP, i think with it you can acess...
