I've seen the character list of Durarara but I can't figure out who he is.

I believe he's one of the human traffickers in the first episoded. He has the same voice as Jushiro Ukitake, so I looked up his voice actor (Liam O'Brien) and found his Morita's name. If I'm right, Morita is the human trafficker with the glasses.
