Yotsubato!

Are there any manga that is similar in style to Yotsubato!? I started reading it the other day and I really enjoy it. The whole light hearted comedy of a young kid and their family and friends is amazing. So yea, if anyone knows of any manga like it please share...

If you'd like to stick with Azuma Kiyohiko, Azumanga Daioh! might be enjoyable, though it shares a stronger thread with other slice of school-life manga more than something as open ended as Yotsubato. You'll find more of Azuma's comedy though.

Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou is another that captures the SOL genre well and might appeal to you.

Thanks alot. I started reading Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou today and am enjoying it quite a bit. I have been a big fan of the shonen battle manga forever, but just recently started reading Slice of Life manga and I love them. Definitely my favorite genre at the moment. If anyone knows anymore please share.

Your welcome. It's good to see someone is branching out.

If you haven't read Azumanga Daioh, I recommend you do, regardless of whether you prefer a setting more like Yotsuba&! or not. It's just as charming and hilarious without having to remain as innocent (although it's still about schoolgirls). Even the ending is one of the more heartwarming things I've read.

Could check out Ichinensei ni Nacchattara. It's sort of similar, though significantly more ecchi and over the top.

Don't change these.
