How to deal with spam in here? Is it going to be deleted by mods (if so - when) or should I get some post-hiding script?

I've just realized that mods already deleted lots of spam recently, sorry. Also I've written some user script for opera ( http://paste-it.net/private/i100b48/ ), however, it doesn't solve problem of artificial thread bumping by spammers.
