Hey /anime/ all I need is the name of this cartoon I once saw. It's about these androids that were made in sequential order, each more powerful that the last. The main character is like number 9 or 10 and he can slow down time with a switch in his molars. Please halp, I remember it being really good and I want to watch it again.
