At least ask him to clear up the rules on writefaggotry and/or make that text board he suggested ages ago. As it stands, there are absolutely no rules against these threads barring one self-important janitor.

I don't think I can risk posting the link again. Is the writebro here, or will someone else have to do it?

It's a shame probably only 4-5 anons saw that post.

And now we have to use a text board. Fantastic. Well at least there's no flood detection on these things.
I'd rather him make an IMAGE board for CYOA and other writefaggotry. As a /tg/ regular, I have to say that pictures really help bring the story to life, even if they're just stock fanart or MS paint lineart. Maybe its because of the 4chan nature of stories only coming in short bursts, but being able to look at pics and chat with other anons about what might happen and whatnot is part of the charm for me.

That's why it's called a TEXT board bro. It doesn't matter though, you don't need pics for a CYOA thread. They're nice but not required.
Well I'm not using my trip here, screw it. Anyway writebro, let's just get a move on for now. We'll deal with moot and all that at another time.

>making a thread to the effect of "FUCK OFF, RPTARDS"
But the staff did make such a thread more than a year ago. Check the ghost board: it's been bumped. Like others have been saying, I find it hard to believe that some of you guys didn't see this coming. The jury has been out on CYOA for a long time now.
Name:
Anonymous2009-06-26 22:22
So, are we writing to moot? I purpose to send him the shitstorm thread, It kinda explains the situation pretty good. And porn thread that is still there for like a day.
Ghost archive is right there guys, we could continue there.

Also, to whomever started talking about D&D in the previous thread, if you really want to be broken, just make the wizard using 2.0 rules. Hell, a level one 2.0 Wizard can effectively stop Caster from casting anything four or so times a day, even with her special ability of cast casting.

moot hates /jp/.
It's futile. He did absolutely nothing about the YWUIG ban complaints except make a thread about making a decision later or some bullshit like that. He never did a thing and all the Touhou CYOAs moved to THP.

Anonymous2009-06-26 22:27
Two things:
One: we no longer have easymodo to protect us. We've got to save this shit. I am of course supporting the previously mentioned final edition on FF.net. On the other hand, this board is a WASTELAND. NOTHING DIES HERE.
A random mod decided LOL NO WRITAN B/C I SAY SO LOL.
And moot said that he'd either clarify the rules on so-called "roleplaying" (which it isn't, any more than any other VN is "roleplaying") or create a board for it, which hardly sounds like IT IS ILLEGAL GO AWAY material to me. It's accepted without complaint or moderation on other boards, such as /a/ and /tg/, so I see no reason why one janitor on a crusade makes it illegal in /jp/.

He has a point, you can keep posting in easymodo. I don't know if it goes over thread limits though.
Quotes need a space after the > to work properly here.
Like this.

I still find it hilarious that any of you think moot will give a shit about your threads, which were against the rules anyway. moot will only respond with something along the lines of "i'll look into it" and then he'll sit on his ass because he only cares about trolling his own website anymore. GM had a bigger shitstorm and that accomplished nothing and neither will you. I know the word is overused but you guys really are newfags if you didn't see this coming a mile away, at least when people started bitching that the writefag wasn't updating quick enough to satisfy their ADD.

We've reached 1000+ posts long threads in easymodo. Everything is saved, of course, and the interface is not as bothersome as the textboards with the lack of noko.
Not only that, but it's easier to redirect people there. Most of the anonymous following Caster route threads are familiar with easymodo after all.

So true. As much as I truly hate the term, I think we are suffering from a case of "newfags" as of late. Posters from 2008-era /a/ who have no idea how /jp/ and 4chan as a whole operate.
I could continue there. Good idea or bad idea? I do like pics to go along with the text.

Well plus4chan does have nice comfort features, but we were planning on going on in the archive.
Name:

I like the plus4chan idea better. They have nice features (they actually split NSFW from SPOILER and have a check noko). And we can gather for an epic hack in!
Name:
Anonymous2009-06-26 22:52
Alright guys. I can continue to write, thats no problem, just come up with a solution you agree on. My only concern is writing a bunch of shit and no one ever seeing it.

Although the archive has no image posting, we prefer it being there since /coc/ is for more definite projects, not the madness that these threads can be with consistently 250+ post threads.
It's not the same, but you can link to booru/pixiv or upload to imgshack. It's what we do.

He's been here for awhile, we're moving to the /coc/ board on plus4chan. You will know by the seifuku servant banner we fly!
Why doesn't writebro just start a thread on /jp/ anyways, and if it gets deleted continue the story on easymodo? Repeat every 250 posts or so.

I don't know about +4chan, it's a far more western inclined board than the weeaboo 4chan. We could be intruding and overstay our welcome easily.

/coc/ is slow as hell. I think it takes YEARS for things to die at that place, if at all.
Writefag has made his decision. Writefag will post on /co/ on plus4chan. I'll leave it to anons to spread the word and just concentrate on writing.

There's barely any activity in the archive. I think we've decided on /coc/.
Name:
Anonymous2009-06-26 23:24
I'm calling it now, there will be a needless backlash out of this.
You're pushing your luck with /co/ just for the added comfort of image posting, which is an insignificant feature when the whole concept revolves around text.
You're on your own. Didn't listen to me before, see what happened.
Board Purpose: A place for major, long-term projects and creations. Get a project started, discuss a current project going on, or get advice on one of yours.
This was originally called "/co/ Creations" and still has some /co/ focus, hence "/coc/".

Probably a bit of both. One side trolls and the other side feeds it.
I got an <a href="http://www.maternityweddingdressesshop.com" title="wholesale Wedding Dresses">maternity wedding dresses</a> engagement ring for Christmas. My <a href="http://www.maternityweddingdressesshop.com" title="wholesale Wedding Dresses">maternity wedding dresses</a> boyfriend and I had been dating for almost a year and both felt the time was <a href="http://www.maternityweddingdressesshop.com" title="wholesale Wedding Dresses">maternity wedding dresses</a>right to join our lives together in holy matrimony. htmlThe month of January was spent planning our <a href="http://www.wholesale-promgowns.com " title="wholesale Wedding Dresses">wholesale prom gowns</a> perfect Alabama June wedding. My mother, two sisters and I went to Huntsville, the closest <a href="http://www.maternityweddingdressesshop.com" title="wholesale Wedding Dresses">maternity wedding dresses</a> town with a selection of bridal shops, to buy the gown that would play the leading role on my special occasion. We <a href="http://www.wholesale-promgowns.com " title="wholesale Wedding Dresses">wholesale prom gowns</a> had a wonderful time just being together and sharing silly jokes, but the <a href="http://www.wholesale-promgowns.com " title="wholesale Wedding Dresses">wholesale prom gowns</a> day soon turned serious by afternoon: still no sign of the dress of my dreams. Both sisters were ready to give <a href="http://www.wholesale-promgowns.com " title="wholesale Wedding Dresses">wholesale prom gowns</a> up and try another day in another town, but I coerced them into one more boutique.I had a good feeling as we entered the quaint little <a href="http://www.maternityweddingdressesshop.com" title="wholesale Wedding Dresses">maternity wedding dresses</a> shop filled with the scent of fresh flowers. The elderly clerk showed us several <a href="http://www.wholesale-promgowns.com " title="wholesale Wedding Dresses">wholesale prom gowns</a> beautiful gowns in my size <a href="http://www.wholesale-promgowns.com " title="wholesale Wedding Dresses">wholesale prom gowns</a> and price range, but none were right. As I opened the door to leave, the desperate shop owner announced she had one more dress in the back that was expensive and <a href="http://www.maternityweddingdressesshop.com" title="wholesale Wedding Dresses">maternity wedding dresses</a> not even my size, but perhaps I <a href="http://www.wholesale-promgowns.com " title="wholesale Wedding Dresses">wholesale prom gowns</a> might want to look at it anyway. When she brought it out, I squealed in delight.
