Is E25 going to be the last episode of the series, or is a new season planned?

At first I figured it was going to go to S3 with Lelouch as an "antagonist" but everything looks to be finalizing in 24.

...Or will they do a new season unrelated to the current storyline? [/Probably due to Popularity = Cash Cow]

3rd season isn't planned.
