Lucky Star is, really, an anime for the patient, as it can be very slowed paced. It has a strange, almost old-fashioned sort of humor. If you don't like any of that, you won't like it. That said, I find it to be one of the very best animes I have ever watched. It's amusing in a way that nothing else has seemed to capture. Well, in my opinion, anyway.
