How to post on the yaoi board?

How do you start a new thread on the 4chan yaoi board? Whenever I try to post there it keeps saying "Error: No file selected."

There should be a way to ask for an image that goes on that board without having to post one yourself.

That's not off topic, because the image request will be anime related.
