Ghost in the Shell, because it actually serves as an accurate prediction of the future. Active camoflauge has just been invented (that coincidentally fails in rain, just like in the anime). We now have prothstetic limbs that are wired directly to peoples' brains, and are moved without thought, just like real arms. They can even feel pain through these fake arms. It won't be much longer before we have brain enhancements (improved reaction time, perfect memory, etc), and maybe even a complete replacement of the brain like in the anime.

Personally I think the best anime would be NANA! Subbed of course =D Not Dubbed. Dubbed versions of anime kinda suck cos stuff gets changed and the voices sound kinda lame XD.

My favorite Older Anime would have to be Sailor Moon. I've seen all 200 episodes and every movie in subbed Japanese. Much better than the dubbed.

Def. Recommend both anime.
