Is love Hina really disturbing?

Name: The Wanker 2006-12-03 4:52

Keitaro recives so much abuse from the girls. I mean he gets told he is a loser endlessly. Also he goes with the girl Naru who puts him down the most. I think the whole thing is really dysfunctional.

I mean its gets really repetitive. "Your a loser! Pevert!!"

Still got 4 books of this to go. I really dont want to, but i need a complete set.

What the anime did for Love Hina was to condense it a bit and make it a bit easier to watch for those with shorter attention spans (like me). Still, to be honest I did go and read all of the manga anyway, but I also found myself getting kind of bored with it. Watching Keitaro fek up time after time after time after time after time... That kind of made my head hurt ("Move ON, Akamatsu!"). It would have been nice if Naru had shown some character development in the direction of learning to control her fscking temper and not sky-punch Keitaro every time he ended up seeing a girl in slightly less than full dress. By the time one reads book 10, one has seen Naru's panties so many times that the image is not even worth a second look. Of all the girls I always thought Motoko to be the most interesting; she always seemed so much less flat (character-wise) than the rest of the girls.
And I think I've run out.
