Germany and UK have very TIGHT govermental censorship and their laws suck otherwise too. UK could be even called police state. Not really same case with rest of Europe.

You realise that's pretty laughable statement as most of asia has TIGHTER censorship. Japan is sole exception. Although most countries in Asia understand that there's no point of censoring porn or violence and their censorship mostly applies to political things.

Erm. The government in Germany censored nothing of Naruto. The TV-Channel RTL II censored Naruto. This TV-Channel is famous for censoring violence out of animes, not like other german TV-Channels, for example Viva, MTV or VOX.
