Going to the US - Where to buy stuff?

Name: Anonymous 2006-09-20 4:45

Hiya.

I'm going on a class trip to the US for 5 weeks in October, and I want to buy some anime DVD's, fantasy books... In general I wanna visit the "nerd shops" that specialize in stuff like that :)

The problem is that I don't know where to look for them. I'm going to visit Denver, Kalispell, Salt Lake City, San Fransisco, Los Angeles / Hollywood, Las Vegas and Santa Fe... That's a few of the places I'm visiting anyway. So I'm wondering if any of you fellow anonymouses has some tips as to where I might find that kind of stores? If they have a website or road descriptions or anything like that, it would be a major plus.

Thanks in advance for any helpful answers :)

For anime DVDs, you can go to www.boxtorrents.com or www.mininova.org but the prices will be free. For manga, you can go to www.torrentspy.com -- again it will be free. Those are chain torrents. You can go to their websites for the anime locations The best places to go are, of course newnova.com  but you'll have to look in google. Look under "anime torrents" or "comics torrent" or newnova".
