Mahoromatic specials

Where do they fit in? Between the first and second season? Which comes first, the summer or the winter special?

The summer special is sometime during the first few episodes of the second season. I seem to remember it being called a summer special because it aired in the summer, but is set during the autumn or something. I've not heard of a winter special.
