Why does hentai anime usually suck?

Take a look at some hentai manga or doujinshi.  Regardless of the content, you'll see some amazing art work a lot of the time.
Watch a hentai video.  Terrible, repeditive animations.

Yeah, but adult manga is ultra high quality.  The same of detail rarely exists in cel or computer drawn animation, even non-adult anime.

That's true. In h-manga even stories are quality. Same works for h-games too. Odd is that most h-anime sucks balls, but I guess it has to do with fact that games and manga are more popular and also easier to make. Note that golden age of h-anime was 80s to early 90s and best and most original titles came from that era. Nowadays h-anime has been pretty much killed by h-games.

Afraid not :/  And I haven't even watched it myself (the new remake takes the knot by the way), I just read the manga and some reviews of the eroanime and concluded it must own as much as the manga.

Please dont over generalize that all hentai sucks in terms of animation. These are some of the hentai movies i've seen that have excellent animation:

1. Tempation
2. Midnight Sleazy train
3. Angelium
4. Immoral Sisters 1 & 2

Forgot Urotsukidoji series. Not the best movies, but has to be only hentai that I actually enjoyed for other than fappage reasons.

I just watched the first episode of Urotsuki Doji (the original)!  This rocks awesomely much and is better than 90% of all anime produced today.  I'd say it even improves on the manga in some aspects.

Princess 69 was fairly well animated, good opening/ending themes as well. There wasn't much in the way of plot, though.

I watched Koihime. It's a pretty nice romantic hentai anime without any tentacles or any of that other gross shit.

I second Words Worth. While I'm not a fan of rape and the like, Kisaku, Shusaku and Isaku all had good art and animation and the plots were decent if not a little twisted.

Everything mentioned here is good between plots, animation and artwork.

Koihime was a cute, lighthearted hentai story but I felt the art and animation were lacking.

G-Spot Express was decent and in the same vein as Midnight Sleazy Train.

Angel Core was pretty good although it had a pretty nasty torture/rape scene.

La Blue Girl Returns was really good as far as art, animation and plot were concerned. I just felt the sex scenes were all really short or interrupted.

Stringendo and Lady Innocent are really good as far as art and animation go but the plots are kind of thin.

That's about all I can think about ATM.

Sexfriend's anime isn't too bad either.
