I haven't watched past the first saga yet (I'm on the last few episodes of the "Hunter test"), but yeah, I do agree that these eps suck. 8D The first few eps REALLY sucked. Especially since I was too busy being confused as to what gender Kurapika was. They may have mentioned his gender, but due to crappy HK bootleg subtitling, I didn't catch it. 8D

well, I like the first saga (even though I can't remember what it talked about now lol) & the GI series
kurapica is a girl/boy? it doesn't really matter to me
girlish-boy is a common phenomenon in Japanese ACG world and anime usually use female seiyuu's for them, making it even more confusing....
