Trying to find the name of a hentai title

It was a sort of monster/tentacle-ish hentai I think. It was pretty gory from what I remember.

I saw it a while ago and I don't remember much apart from one pretty gruesome scene.

The main character went nuts and transformed into this big demon and flew into a city and basically killed people recklessly (slicing heads off and stuff) while flying around. He then proceeded to use his tail as a giant penis and started raping random women ontop of a giant building until they were dead (I think he was meant to the main character I'm not sure.)

I thought it was Demon Warrior Koji but after checking some of it out I'm not so sure.

The demon was blue as well, I remembered that detail. It had fairly new looking and smooth hand drawn animation so i can't it imagine being the first few parts since they came out very early 90s.
