How might one become a voice actor?
(In other words, how might I become the bane of all elitist weeaboos existance?)

I don't think it would make for a great career, but it still might be pretty fun on the side.  I can do all kinds of voices and I'm a pretty darn good actor when I want to be.

Well you'll be no good as a VA then.  A prerequisite is a complete lack of talent and vocal inflection.

Go to a talent agency.  Or stand around at the mall and wait for someone to recruit you.  Chances are you'll have to do some amateur modelling.
