Japanese Subtitled Anime

I've been studying japanese for soon a full year at university. And I was thinking that as a sort of relax and learn thing I could maybe watch some anime. I've been rather spoiled and mostly watched dubbed anime.

The problem is, that bought anime only has english subtitles.

So I thought I'd ask if people knew if there were any fansub groups that subtitled the whole anime in both english and japanese (well in theory it doesn't have to be english, but it would make it easier to check if I understood) and where one could aquire these easily.

I've found quite a lot of anime openings and endings I've downloaded (because I like the music) and some of those have had some nice subtitles in japanese. But I'm fairly sure most fansubs only have the opening and endings with both.

Any help would be appreciated.

Virtually no anime DVDs have Japanese subtitles.  The Japanese treat their hearing (and visually) impaired like shit.

iirc saishuu heiki kanojo have japanese subs.

Downloading a few random heki kanojo, though I assume those subtitles won't be included in any downloaded version. But it is worth a check.

you can still download manga in both japanese and english.

ha.. maybe if you're watching an anime that's adapted from a manga you could download the manga to read what they're saying

lack of japanese subtitles still sucks though.  maybe that's something fansub/ripper groups ought to start adding.

AFAIK the eroge School Days, which is fully voiced and animated has japanese subtitles, but you will have to pay 90$ or download 8gig :)
