Masami Obari

Are there any anime artists similar to Masami Obari (besides the people at his G-1 Neo Studio, like Makoto Uno, Takehiro Inoue, and so on)?

I really like the angular look, with long eye-lashes and heavy shading.

Any reccomendations?

Don't know what you are talking about, so here's a Hirohiko Araki.

Araki is awesome, but i meant anime artists/designers, not manga artists.

Masami Obari is the guy from Fatal Fury, Gowkaiser, Angel Blade, Toshinden...
