Getting stuff from Japanese DLSite

Was there any sort of trick you can use to get stuff from Japanese DLSite that's not on English DLSite?  My favorite amateur artist, Takahiro Awatake, decided to recently make a doujin h-game with NScripter, and since I love his art I'd like to pick it up.

But Awatake doesn't put anything adult on English DLSite, only his clean scifi stuff.  Any ideas or tricks would be appreciated.  Is there a "digital escrow" service out there, or a way to get a pseudo-Japanese debit cart?

They mention something called BitCashEX, was wondering if anyone's had any experience getting something like that working on our side of the pond.

Hm, it looks like Bitcash sells a standard BitCash card to us foreigners, but not BitCashEX:

Which is probably why they use BitCashEX on DLSite instead of BitCash.  They seem fairly determined to keep us poor innocent Americans away from the naughty Loli crap on DLSite-J.

I've purchased all manner of items from Japan DLsite, as they accept credit (not debit) cards. If you've every bought anything from the English-language site, you'll have no problem with the Japanese one--try it!
