Correct order of Ghost on the Shell stuff

I've recently acquired all Ghost in the Shell anime that exists. What is the correct order to watch it?

My guess:

First movie
1st gig series
2nd gig series
Second movie (Innocence)

Also, where does the Tachikoma special stuff fit in? Did they show one of those after each episode of 1st gig? (or 2nd?)

No no no! The Stand Alone Complex series, the movies, AND the manga are all COMPLETELY separate from each other. They're all alternative interpretations of the original manga. Except for their individual order (1st gig before 2nd gig, 1st movie before Innocence, etc.) you are NOT required to watch them in any order!

If anything, read the volume 1 of the manga first, for context. Then watch both movies. Notice the similarties, then watch Stand Alone Complex and giggle when you recognize the parallels and references. Then read the last volume of the manga, because it's the least truly connected with the original, and is kind of a mindfuck, so you'll need a bit of time to digest.
