Anyone have good examples of Judaism and/or Jews in anime? We've all seen random Stars of David and Hebrew writing/mythos as part of magic and/or unknown stuff (See X/1999, Eva, etc.), but have there been any Jews?
I know there's probably none, but I'm just curious. Someone on wakachan mentioned that there's a rabbi-looking person in the opening to Gall Force, but still, my curiousity runs rampant.

There are Jews all over America and American television. Why do you need to see them in Japanese entertainment. Are you that in love with Jews.

yeah seriously i turn to anime to get away from the fucking jews
The swirly curl things are called payases. Which I spelled wrong. And I'd also like to know of any Jewish characters in anime. The closest thig I can think of is Adolf Kamil in Osamu Tezuka's Adolf manga.

Thanks. I used to know that too.
Isn't Rugal in KoF a jew? Or doesn't he count since he hasn't been in a KoF movie? That's the only one I can think of right now. Since having people of different religions/colours is more a 'flavour' thing in anime than anything else, there's probably more than we know of. (That is, it only appears in the character bio and isn't seen anywhere else.)

Shaman King should has some Jews in it. In the manga you have Redseb and Seyram and their father who is a cientific who possesed his own loli daughter in order to control some mecha golem.

If Jews ever appear in anime, I hope ovens are involved.

Black Lagoon's computer guy(Benny I think) turned out to Jewish in the nazi ep, but I never saw that coming and that's only ep I think he mentions it.
