Evangelion! Though the only reason why I liked it was because Shinji's character was like me

If you watched it then a) it's out on DVD outside of Japan which measn that somone had to like it enough to license it, b) it's out on fansub which means a number of people like it enough to translate it in their spare time, or (and I doubt this applies to anyone here), you watched it on TV in Japan which means atleast some people liked ti enough for it to not be cancled.
Since none of these things have anything to do with your own opinion, other people must like the show for you to have watched it, therefore this thread is pointless, have a nice day.

Buzzer Beater, some silly basketball anime on TV Tokyo (I think) after Prince of Tennis finished. The guys who subbed it hated it, and the japs hated it too, no 2nd season. But I liked it.

I'm willing to bet that very few people here have seen Black Lion or Kishin Heidan (which happens to have been the first subtitled anime I ever watched, besides the first episode of Blue Seed when that was first released over in the US in 1996-97 or so and my older stepbrother rented it from the video store and thought it was porn).
I love that damn show, even though it's sappy and meandering and based on a hentai game so it has a large female harem cast with whom virtually nothing happens.

Yes, Ebichu rocks hard.
I'll admit to liking the live action Sailor Moon. Most people seem to hate it.

Sakura Taisen! Not a whole lot of people, though more are added with every cycle, know about the games that spawned all the animations and manga that inevitably wash up on US shores, much to the detriment of their experience. Port them to English!
That was awesome. Same with Ghost talkers daydream and Golden boy. They don't get the respect they deserve

Yes, and the only DVD I could find was a poorly translated bootleg. I miss you Blockbuster VHS aisle. There were some other short story anthology animes that were worth watching. The only US equivelant is Heavy Metal/Animatrix, which lack something.
