Name: Anonymous 2005-08-31 18:33

A whole horde of Abe fans like Texhnolyze...

Name: Anonymous 2005-08-31 23:55

uhh most of these are popular

Name: Anonymous 2005-09-01 1:09 (sage)

If you watched it then a) it's out on DVD outside of Japan which measn that somone had to like it enough to license it, b) it's out on fansub which means a number of people like it enough to translate it in their spare time, or (and I doubt this applies to anyone here), you watched it on TV in Japan which means atleast some people liked ti enough for it to not be cancled.

Since none of these things have anything to do with your own opinion, other people must like the show for you to have watched it, therefore this thread is pointless, have a nice day.

Name: Anonymous 2005-09-01 14:17

Unless you only watch Anime on VHS at Blockbuster and Holloywood Video 10 years ago!  Yeah, nobody likes the crap I had to sit through!

Name: Anonymous 2005-09-02 14:32

I seem to be the only person who likes DNA^2

Name: Anonymous 2005-09-09 16:49

Name: Headasplode 2005-09-11 0:49

Uhm... Anime that only I like... no such thing.
An anime can't run on just one viewer. :3

Name: Anonymous 2005-09-15 22:56

Someone mentioned Momoiro Sisters? I loved that, it was fun. And Wedding Peach, I liked that too.

Name: Anonymous 2005-09-16 7:32

Starzinger. Seriously, the only reason that I enjoy it is because it's nostalgic, used to watch it when I was a kid.

And if you're not from Japan or Sweden, the chances of you having seen it are close to none-existant.

Name: Anonymous 2005-09-17 14:35

I've yet to meet someone (else) who liked Ebichu, even though i thought it was hilarious.

Name: Anonymous 2005-09-17 16:56

true ^^

Name: Koinosuke 2005-10-20 1:46

Ebichu is hilarious!  and I have to be one of the few people who actually enjoy Ninja Ressurection.

Name: Anonymous 2005-10-20 4:14

D.C.S.S.

Name: Anonymous 2005-10-21 15:54

Buzzer Beater, some silly basketball anime on TV Tokyo (I think) after Prince of Tennis finished. The guys who subbed it hated it, and the japs hated it too, no 2nd season. But I liked it.

Name: Anonymous 2005-10-23 1:11

Kagugo no Susume.
(Apocalypse Zero)
Power.

Name: Anonymous 2005-10-26 12:47

I'm willing to bet that very few people here have seen Black Lion or Kishin Heidan (which happens to have been the first subtitled anime I ever watched, besides the first episode of Blue Seed when that was first released over in the US in 1996-97 or so and my older stepbrother rented it from the video store and thought it was porn).

Name: Anonymous 2005-11-11 2:13

Starship Operators.

Name: Anonymous 2005-11-14 8:55

To Heart.

I love that damn show, even though it's sappy and meandering and based on a hentai game so it has a large female harem cast with whom virtually nothing happens.

Name: Anonymous 2005-11-14 16:58

gradius OVA hell yeah

Name: Anonymous 2005-11-15 6:37

Firestorm does not get enough love, one of the best somewhat recent shows.

GEKIGANGAR

Name: Anonymous 2005-12-05 1:34

Yes, Ebichu rocks hard.

I'll admit to liking the live action Sailor Moon.  Most people seem to hate it.

Name: Anonymous 2005-12-05 9:27

Sakura Taisen! Not a whole lot of people, though more are added with every cycle, know about the games that spawned all the animations and manga that inevitably wash up on US shores, much to the detriment of their experience. Port them to English!

Kino's Journey aka Kino no tabi

That was awesome. Same with Ghost talkers daydream and Golden boy. They don't get the respect they deserve

Name: Anonymous 2005-12-13 8:35

I also liked Kino's jourey, so make it two
also, I like Saint Seiya (no the crappy translated american version)

Name: Anonymous 2005-12-13 9:04

Robot Carnival (several short stories)
anybody else seen that?

Name: Anonymous 2005-12-13 11:21

Yes, and the only DVD I could find was a poorly translated bootleg.  I miss you Blockbuster VHS aisle.  There were some other short story anthology animes that were worth watching.  The only US equivelant is Heavy Metal/Animatrix, which lack something.

Name: Anonymous 2005-12-14 3:46

Red Baron..doubt you all know this series exists
