Released by Tokyopop recently, after like 8 years between release by Japs and translation into english.

Blame! Logs suck ass. They're incomprehensible. Unless you've read the manga. Then they don't suck.. As much.

I've heard the animation on the blame shorts is awful.  But I'm tempted to buy it because it's only $18 and you get a kick-ass silicon life t-shirt with it.

The Blame shorts are really what Cibo sees so they don't make any sense at all unless you've read the manga and have a good grasp of what's going on.

So, is it in the "too small aka Tokyopop-size" or bigger like the original one? Blame! deserves big pages.

Name: Anonymous 2005-09-27 19:30

Normal TP sizes :(

It has especially thick paper, though!

Name: Anonymous 2005-10-25 21:47

yeah and wasted alot of paper i got the scanalations but for one manga it covers remarkably little of the plot. oh ahas anyone seen the anime it was awesome looking but sucked so HARD. But the ed music OWNED

Blame! is my favorite manga ever.  It starts out sort of weak, but really picks up the pace with the second volume.  Nihei Tsutomo's art is fuckwin, and all his other comics are great too.  I like the fact that it looks really different from a lot of the manga flooding the market.  I'm tired of "GIRL WITH GUN MANGA" and "PRETTY GUY WITH SWORD" mangas.

I saw volume 2 out. I should go pick it up. :O

I also noticed that Stephen Paul translated volume 1. That is made of win.

Cool, didn't notice that.  I read the first volume in stores, and loved it so much that I went and got the Omanga scanlations.

Don't change these.
