Why does most hentai look like crap?

Seriously, most hentai looks like it was drawn by a 12 year old. And even if it is well drawn, its animation is either really choppy or the Genitiles are drawn so badly its hard to tell what the fuck they are.

Why is this? Is it just that americans get the shitty hentai?

Is it because most hentai is censored, and must be re-drawn once it gets uncensored and sent to america?

Uh..have any of you ever seen hentai? I can name about 4 'good' hentai's that have semi-realistic looking genitalia. Plus, most bad hentai (which is alot) has bad animation, which probly leaves in around 20FPS, without the duplicated scenes and loops i doubt there is much more than 1000-3000 frames of sex per hentai. Now, if any of you havnt seen most hentai penis's they look like this =====D, as flat and usually less shapely than that, hardly any of them have any shading, and the art style is alwase different and less detailed than the rest of the characters. I think re-drawing is a very possible idea since you would only have to redraw the censored parts..which is only part of a thigh and a penis or cunt.

Plus i dont know about any of you, but i cant jerk off or make 'knuckle children' with something that looks so horribly drawn.
