Why does most hentai look like crap?

Seriously, most hentai looks like it was drawn by a 12 year old. And even if it is well drawn, its animation is either really choppy or the Genitiles are drawn so badly its hard to tell what the fuck they are.

Why is this? Is it just that americans get the shitty hentai?

Is it because most hentai is censored, and must be re-drawn once it gets uncensored and sent to america?

you know what? why don't they just make 5 minutes of ultra quality
animation and just throw out the story and whatever shallow character developements they might usually put into hentai?

It's obvious people aren't watching this stuff for the story. let's just break it down into the amount of "Fap-Time" involved.

talking about quality, I'd say the uncensored version of Mezzo Forte and the Angel Blade series are pretty hi-quality for hentai
