Viz Media (Viz and Shopro post-merger) has Naruto. And it hasn't premiered on CN yet (it starts in early September).

One Piece and Naruto are typically shown together because both were shown pretty much back-to-back in Shounen Jump magazine. And then there's the whole "Pirates VS Ninja" thing to consider.
