You can't necessarily interpret works of fiction, especially works of erotic fiction, as being representative of someone's psyche.  The fact is hentai & mangas are just commodities trying to be sold.  If it stands out it might sell better.

Also, as works of fiction, these are stories with sets of characters.  Naturally, the parents might appear as sex objects in the manga.  Or you might read a manga which has no characters related.  It's just depends on what the story is.
