Seeing as how it is rather rare that anime is produced by christians, We are wonding what christian themed or christian value exhibiting series exist, if any.

You've got to be shitting me.  I could say a lot of rude things but I'll explain nicely.  Catholicism is the "orthodox" Chrisitianity, it's what grew from the early Christians.  In Catholicism the Pope is the highest authority on Earth, and Roman Catholics traditionally speak Latin at mass.  Not all Christians answer to the Pope, the basis of all Protestant forms of Christianity all go back to Martin Luther 'protesting' the Catholic dogma.
