Worst anime

Since I am very original and everyone's starting "favorite blahblah"-threads, I thought we'd need to rant about the series that really sucks too.


The worst one I've seen is probably Pugyuru. The CGs and animations were crap, the character-design sucked, and the voice actors didn't do a good job either. Not at all.

You probably feel that way about Naruto because it's in Filler Hell right now.  Just take my advice and stop watching filler storylines altogether.  I started down this path a while back with One Piece, and I couldn't be happier.

I must have watched Inuyasha for about 50 or 60 episodes.  On their own, each episode has some merit... but after a while I realized there really wasn't any overarching storyline.  That just kills it for me.

I had the misfortune of seeing an episode of Divergence Eve recently at an anime club.  That was just terrible in every way.  I think everyone there agreed that it looked like something a college student made as his final project (although that might well be excellent).  Everything from the animation to the character designs to the writing to the story to the music to the voice acting was bottom of the barrel & extremely cliched.  Avoid at all costs.
