Apparently they're fed up with the CP, and plan to dox us all. Does that include themselves? I'm confused.

Anyone can take on the name "Anon" and wear a mask, including government agents, promoting any kind of plan or agenda. "Anon" is just a fancy way of saying "some random guy(s)".
