2. Whenever a player must take a drink, the reason should be called out by another player, or the player him/herself.
3. Actions taken during the game to fulfill the game's rules are not "outside" the game.
4. The VIP QUALITY DRINKING GAME must only be played by groups of all VIPPERs.
