You need some help dude. Seriously. I mean fuck! Don't you have anything better to do? Even if there was a group of jews following you around fucking with you 24/7 I can't imagine you couldn't find more positive helpful things to do. Of course it's usually just displaced self loathing, but it doesn't really matter why. It's just plain pathological. If you're already on drugs, stop taking them. If you're not; start.
