I knew a kid from school named Brian. He was very annoying. He didn't really fit into any of the typical High School cliques or subcultures. He usually just drifted from one thing of interest to another; one week he'd pretend to be a huge metal fan, the next a wigger trying to get into rap. Brian got into plenty of fights and altercations over the years at school. He achieved low grades in his classes; he was pretty much the definition of DQN.
You just made up the wigger part as back then rap was not in and not HIP at all.
I agree, however it was never hip, no--not even now. And no, I didn't make that up, there were times he really did act like a wigger. Then the next week he'd think he was a white supremacist and try to teach me and others secret Aryan Nation gang signs. He'd spike his hair; fanned mohawk and everything. Next week: plain hair, baggy pants and white tee, CD player with a copy of Eminem's The Eminem show album and friendly conversations with all the Blacks at school.
The kid had no direction at all; I kinda feel sorry for him.
