Dilemma

I'm sure you guys have already experienced being on the verge of sneezing, and then just when you are ready to sneeze and have opened your mouth wide in anticipation, the sneeze just dies down leaving you in the most annoying feeling ever, well my situation is identical, just replace sneezing with farting and without the mouth wide open. Halp what should I do?
