There is concern about the use of 4chan is privilege and the News for VIP's enforcements. I will enforce the use of 4chan and the News for VIP's regulating its enforcements itself with its regulations pretaining to itself and according to it's enforcements to maintain 100% effectiveness with my VIP Quality.
