The drug problem is the new slavery, and it is a problem for every one. People are locked into low paying jobs because of drug testing. Yet these drugs are everywhere and organized crime pushes people to sell them. Busts can't get rid of all the drugs, just the independent completion that doesn't buy into the protection system. So now the kids are locked up in mass for cheap labor and corporate jail profits. Most people realize that rehabilitation and education are the most effective methods for dealing with drug addiction. Yet that is only available to the wealthy. Sure go on believing other races are inferior and that is the cause of all you're problems. The fact is everyone and I mean EVERYONE wants the same thing. To be able to eat, have sex, and raise the forthcoming offspring in a safe and constructive environment. Dogs only kill other dogs when they have been trained by humans.
