I hate music that tries to make a statement or believes it has some profound meaning and purpose to make up for the shitty "music". Half the time, I don't even pay attention to the lyrics.

Non serious music > "Serious" music.

So why would I want some angsty faggot forcibly ram down his thoughts and feelings down my throat? If someone is going to ram anything down my throat, it's going to be lyrics of BLAZING STEEL and BATTLE SEASONED WARRIORS.
