How can asian guys compete with whites?

I'm talking about the average asian guy here. I know there's the super hot asians like Rick Yuen, but the average asian is a short, oily faced ugly motherfuck like me.

How do we compete with white guys with blonde hair, blue eyes, sharp nose/features? All girls want to date a movie star, someone who looks like Brad Pitt or George Clooney. I just don't see how we asian guys can compete.
