Anime and child porn case

This is going threw some of the big courts in Japan right now are debating a case to wether or not let child porn in Anime be legal. Well what I made this thread for is too hear your guy's opinion do think it should be alowed or absolutally not whats your thoughts on this?
I personally think that its okay with some ages of girls inside of the teen years because its just Animation but like i'd so no to if it was like very young aged females.But if you look at some Hentai there is alot of young looking females in them like they'll slap on somthing thats seas all the charicters in this program are atleast 18+. But you could clearilly see in alot of hentai's that they make alot of the females short wear childrens close or school girl cloths andthey have small tits. I myself like some of this with alot of dilike (them making alot younger aged females) Anyways I wish to hear your opinion and if you approve or diisaprove???

Depends on the intent. I personally want more information and research into the area.

Say if lolicon/shotacon was shown in a large percentage of the viewing population to induce latent paedophilic desires (and desire to act upon them), then I wouldn't be for it.

However, if people were shown to be able to distinguish between the two, then go for it.

I don't really worry about it too much, everyone I know who visits 4chan has a few loli/shota pics floating around. Only those who have massive amounts of it would probably be a concern.
