Is /b/ still down for the rest of you guys?

I live in Japan and can usually access IMG (server that /b/ is on), but I heard they were changing some addresses and shit so it would be down for a while.  However, that was a few days ago and it still says I am banned when I try to go there.  Is this how it is for everyone else or should I start bugging the mods to unban my IP again?

I don't know why they're so scared of Japan, I don't think /b/ would be flooded with 355 pages of HELLO YANKEE if you remove the filter for a second, they havetheir own imageboard to make fun of us on.
