In the end, anime is not watched by everyone in japan. It is not mainstream. Manga on the other hand is mainstream within the japanese society.

Anime Is marketed tords Aults and more commonly older teenagers and some to younger teens, But yes there is cherry Anime (some) for small children I dont know if this will get read or not (maybe tom late)But anyways you ahve it all wrong I heard somone say ealier that part that was for andults was on qoute "Only for immature adults" and or hentai lovers. Althought hentai is a a personal liking look at alot of ANime there are serious story lines there is some wit very mature ratings dipshits why do you think for some you  have to be between the ages of 14-17 (wuch they are not called hentai unless it has a rating of 18+) Ferther more This is just rediculous if you come on here just to slander animes good name fuck you!
